Chocolate Cake Recipe with Butter

Recipe for Chocolate Sponge Cake

What you need:

  • EXTRA DARK SPONGE MIX - 700g (Buy Now)
  • Chilled Water - 365g
  • Oil / Melted Butter - 85g

How to:

  • Preheat Oven to 180 °C
  • Put content of EXTRA DARK SPONGE MIX in a bowl
  • Add Water and beat until smooth (approx. 2-3 mins)
  • Add Oil / Melted Butter and mix gently.
  • Put batter in cake pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 mins and cool on a wire tray.
